The joy of parenting
New ideas, new perspectives, a new publication. I just LOVE the process of starting a new magazine from the ground floor - from conception to print. I love not only designing the look and feel of a fledgling magazine, but also all that is involved in creating the other marketing materials that will hopefully give my little baby that chance to grow and mature into a classic publication. That means quality designed media kits, business cards, mastheads, and font choices. Like any good parent, it is a thrill the day your publication's name looks back at you in it's final form. That's the real joy of design.
